If you bought Blue-Emu directly from our website, we’ve got you covered. Just send your return our way—whether it’s a change of mind or a damaged item (in which case we’ll handle the return shipping). Be sure the Return Authorization Number is visible on the outside of your package. Returns can be shipped to: NFI Consumer Products – Returns Processing 100 18th Street Bristol, TN 37620. If you purchased Blue-Emu through Amazon or another retailer, please follow their return policy.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with the shipping company’s details and your tracking number. Just head over to the carrier’s website, pop in your tracking number, and watch your shipment’s journey. Keep in mind, it might take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to catch up. If you don’t see an update right away, give it a little time and check back later. If it’s been over 48 hours since you received your tracking number and there’s still nothing, please email or call our customer support so we can help get things moving.
