How to Use

For adults and children over 12 years of age:

  • Apply Blue-Emu Lidocaine Pain Relief Cream in a thin layer to the affected area every 6 to 8 hours.
  • Do not exceed 3 applications in a 24 hour period.

For children 12 years or younger:

  • Ask a doctor.

  • Do not use:
    On large areas of the body or on cut, irritated, or damaged skin. On puncture wounds.
  • When using this product:
    Use only as directed. Read and follow all directions and warnings on the packaging Do not allow contact with the eyes. Do not bandage or apply local heat (such as heating pads) to the area of use.
  • Stop use and ask a doctor if:
    Condition worsens. Symptoms persist for more than 7 days, or clear up and occur within a few days.
  • If pregnant or breastfeeding:
    Ask a health professional before use.
  • Keep out of the reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Ingredients

Pure Emu Oil

We only use pure emu oil in our products. Emu oil acts as a carrier oil to carry other ingredients into the skin.

Aloe Vera

We include Aloe Vera for its soothing properties. This includes moisturizing dry or chapped skin.

Lidocaine HCl

Lidocaine HCl is an FDA listed active ingredient. It works to temporarily block nerves from sending sensation signals to the brain. This produces the characteristic numbing effect you feel when applying to the skin.

    Good product!

    I like the product but I would rather prefer not to have the sponge applicator on the tube. Why not offer another option of no applicator, just a cap on the tube.

    Daves review of Blue-Emu

    I am 80 and am finding that my knees and hips and recently after an Accident my neck and shoulder are sending me pain messages. The lidocaine product provides very fast pain relief. I am a believer in all Blue-Emu products and use their website to order them.

    CREAM WORKS GREAT

    Love the product and hate the packaging! First thing I do is use a razor blade to cut off the sponge (I don't like leaving cream in it-doesn't seem sanitary) and then I cut off the two little tabs on the tube that force it to be 'child-proof'.

    I have used other pain relief creams/rubs before, but nothing helps the pain like the maximum strength Blue-Emu Lidocaine does! It gives long lasting relief for my leg pain, as well as for other areas (lower back, shoulders, hands) when arthritic flare-ups occur.

    The best pain relieving cream I've ever used

    I love Blue Emu with Lidocaine. I have really bad neuropathy and my foot, plus a condition called charcot which means my bones in my foot have softened and it's very painful. Blue Emu with Lidocaine gives me excellent relief for hours. I wouldn't use anything else. It's the best!
