Step 1 – For new customers, please fill out the form on this page. Then complete Step 2.

Note: For existing NFI Consumer Products customers, please skip Step 1. Simply log in to your account using your email address and password. Follow Step 2 directions.

Step 2 – Once you have an account set-up click on the Pain Relief Link.

Scroll down until you see Blue-Emu in the 4 ounce jar.
Click on it. Scroll down until you see the tab that says Write Review.
Click on it and fill out the form with your Big Blue-Emu Story.

That is all there is to it. You are now registered. We will match up your registration to your testimonial and enter you into the iPod drawing. The Big Blue Emu Review Committee will close out judging on December 14, 2008. Awards will be posted and winners contacted by December 31, 2008.
